Legal Assistant/Paralegal Candidate will handle a blend of legal responsibilities and providing administrative support. Must have 5+ years of experience preferably in business organizations and transactions. Must have superior communication skills both verbal and written, excellent typing and email skills, the ability to proofread, word processing experience and be a Notary Public. Must be very detail oriented and able to work in a fact paced, high volume practice. Additional desirable abilities include working knowledge of various software applications including Clio, NetDocuments, Microsoft Office 365 and Juris. Florida registered paralegal or graduate of paralegal program or equivalent is a plus.
