Seeking Employment Associate with 2+ years’ experience in the areas of employment and labor law. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Active members of the Washington State Bar preferred; will consider members of other state bars depending on circumstances. Must have some employment litigation experience with a broad based employment background understanding federal and state employment laws and regulations. Must have writing skills, and references. We prefer candidates with law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills, and a strong academic background.

Managers should make sure that some important long term goals are kept to keep things from falling apart too much.

Pros : Everyone here tries to help people make more money each quarter and takes each day one at a time to keep themselves from getting stressed.
Cons : The short sighted thinking does tend to cause problems sometimes for short term gains that could have easily be fixed otherwise.
