ProfilePatent Prosecution Associate - Optics/EE The candidate should be a USPTO-registered associate experienced in preparing and prosecuting optics and electrical engineering-related applications. Should preferably have 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution. An aptitude for portfolio development and client counseling a plus. Must have a degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field. California or Washington Bar members are preferred.
