FDA Food and Supplements Attorney
The candidate will provide support for attorneys and clients in the growing FDA regulatory and transactional practice matters, as well as litigation (especially class actions and food labeling litigation). Should be a senior associate or shareholder with FDA food, drug, device and supplement expertise and experience to service clients. Should preferably have 5-8 years of FDA regulatory experience, and litigation, transactional and class action experiences are a plus. Should also have superior academic credentials as well as very strong writing skills and oral communication skills.
