Construction Law Fellow The Fellowship will combine part-time study with full-time immersion in a real-world construction law department while at the same time making accommodations for exam schedule. Duties: Attend law school part-time through evening programs. Work during their first year of law school as legal assistants in construction law department at a compensation rate commensurate with junior positions at architectural and engineering firms. Become eligible for a law clerk position after the first year. Gain the opportunity to become a associate upon graduation.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: A technical background in engineering, architecture, or construction management. Field experience (preferred).
