Human Resources Coordinator
The candidate will work closely with HR Managers and Directors to provide top quality administrative and general human resources support. Assists with employee onboarding process and staff New Hire Orientation when needed. Assists with planning and executing firm and department events. Utilizes and maintain information in the HRIS database. Manages firmwide job descriptions. Supports the annual performance management review processes for the Staff population. Supports employee development and branding initiatives. Completes duties and projects, as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate have college degree is highly preferred. Should have experience working within a professional services environment. Possesses a high level of organization with the ability to prioritize projects is required. Must have strong attention to detail. Must have a high degree of superior customer service for both internal and external clients. Must have ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information and situations. Must have ability to accept changing priorities and meet time commitments. Must have an excellent sense of judgment. Must have ability to establish effective working relationships throughout the Firm.

There is a need for a much better trained leader and management team. The office environment could use some encouragement. The hard working employees should be recognized for their work.

Pros : An environment in which several benefits are offered. The salary is decent. Some of the workers are devoted to the work they perform.
Cons : The management of the firm is not doing a great job of leading the office and employees. Many employees have stepped away from the office because of the leadership of the office.
