Attorney (Workers' Compensation) The candidate should have a background in both civil law and workers’ compensation law and must be able to meet a monthly billable requirement. 1-5 years of workers’ compensation experience preferred. Administrative and managerial experience preferred. Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Skills of persuasion and negotiation. Should have strong time management and organizational skills. Detail oriented. Should have strong computer skills and competency; a professional attitude and strong personal ethics. Should have Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited university. Must be an active member in good standing with the Chicago Bar.
