Calendar Clerk/Paralegal Duties: Maintains litigation calendar. Drafts pleadings, correspondence, legal memoranda, etc. Assists with key discovery. Prepares court filings and uploads documents to Electronic Filing Services when appropriate. Arranges service of pleadings and documents Prepares all necessary documents for Hearings, Trails, Depositions, etc. Maintains electronic document management system. Sends correspondence to clients and attorneys Preparing and mailing US/UPS/Fed Ex letters and packages. Assisting with client billing. Covers Reception desk as needed, including greeting clients and answering a multi-line telephone Taking on special projects as needed. Contributing to the team environment.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: Associate’s Degree or higher. Paralegal Certificate OR current paralegal qualifications per Business and Professions Code 6450. Professional demeanor. Motivated and energetic attitude. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Extremely detail oriented, organized and performs efficiently. Must have Paralegal Software Experience. Calm and confident under pressure.
