Legal Assistant The candidate will provide general administrative support including calendar management, phone support, travel arrangements, expense reports, and special projects using MS Office Suite applications. Will coordinate meetings, reserve facilities, set up of video conferencing, etc. Organize and maintain records. Provide back up and assistance within the administrative team as required.Work with purposeful speed while maintain high quality of work product. Should have 5+ yearsâ€™ experience as an administrative Assistant (legal environment preferred). Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Intranet/web based applications and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Excellent written and verbal skills are critical in light of extensive contact with senior management is essential. Must have excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work under time pressures.
