Healthcare Associate – Mid-Level
The candidate will join Life Sciences Practice with a focus in healthcare services. Candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and healthcare transactional work, with specific expertise handling healthcare transactions and providing advice relating to fraud and abuse (including the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute), HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, licensure and certification, and the corporate practice of medicine. Should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. New York Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) preferred.
