• Advise on privacy and security obligations.
• Manage state, federal, and international data security incident notification requirements.

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience.
• Background in law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response, or relevant litigation experience.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in relevant state(s).
