Real Estate Administrative Assistant The candidate will assist on preparation and editing/formatting of documents; assistance with closings and preparation of closing binders; working with document management systems and organizing and maintaining files and contacts. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a strong sense of time management, the ability to be a team player and be willing to learn new programs as needed. Must have 5+ years’ experience. Should be proficient in MS Office, preferably 2016, with strong Word skills. Candidate should have experience with Excel, Adobe Acrobat or PDFdocs and creating and editing org charts using PowerPoint.
