Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work on complex federal and state court litigation cases. A Bachelorâ€™s degree and/or paralegal certificate is required. Must have 8+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal department. Experience with drafting correspondence, motions, pleadings and discovery; e-filing; digesting depositions; performing paper and electronic discovery; cite-checking; maintaining case calendars and files. Able to organize and track large document productions, assure all court dates are tracked and calendared and is able to handle all aspects of a case from start to finish. Familiarity with state and federal court rules and procedures is essential. Proficiency in Summation and/or Concordance is preferred. Possess excellent organizational skills.
