Attorney - Investment Banking
The candidate will handle all covers all aspects of investment banking and capital market transactions from a legal standpoint. Day to day work includes: NDAs, engagement letters, committee coverage, fairness opinions, deal documentation, transaction management, billing, interfacing with internal compliance and outside counsel supervision. Coverage areas include, equity and debt capital markets, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Individual must be able to work independently, manage multiple workstreams at once and interface effectively with senior members of the investment banking department. Should be a 3rd to 6th year associate with relevant mergers and acquisitions and capital markets experience.
