New York City office of an AmLaw firm seeks employment law managing associate attorney with 4-5 years of experience. The candidate will be working on high profile complex employment litigation cases, systemic discrimination and wage and hour class actions, counseling clients on a wide variety of employment issues, and taking an active role in handling cutting edge legal matters. Will be working directly with corporate clients, managing complex cases, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances at important hearings, handling mediations, and other related work typically handled by mid-level associates. Must have experience in some or all of the following areas of litigation: employment discrimination; whistleblowing; post-employment restrictions; wage and hour. Should have licensure from one jurisdiction. Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
