Mid Level Litigation Associate Attorney
The candidate should have 2-4 years of litigation experience. Writing skills and strong academic credentials are a must. The ideal candidate will have experience in business litigation, personal injury claims, auto claims and construction defect claims. Experience with commercial litigation involving breach of contract claims, real estate disputes, boundary/land use matters, condominium association and homeowners association (HOA) disputes, lien filings and foreclosures, broker commission disputes, and/or mortgage/association legal issues is plus. A background in law and motion practice, including oral argument; taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to written discovery and trial experience is necessary. Florida State Bar license required.
