Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for drafting memoranda and surveys as requested. Attending meetings of health and safety committees, as requested, and prepare minutes. Performing non-legal research using various research tools, including the internet. Assisting with preparation for meetings, hearings, and other matters. Assisting with document productions, transactions and/or closings as needed. Tracking compliance on various initiatives. Communicate with club personnel as requested to follow-up. Organizing and manage electronic and paper files. Maintaining master calendar of outstanding tasks on health and safety related projects and other areas, as requested. Updating attorney binders. Performing other related duties as needed. Must have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related work experience. Should have strong research skills as well as knowledge of relevant computer software programs (e.g., outlook, excel, powerpoint), with the ability to navigate electronic databases and document repositories.
