Associate Attorney Duties: Manage cases from assignment to conclusion. Draft court pleadings, legal memos, and correspondence. Review title searches and client loan documents. Independently represent our clients at court hearings (live and telephonic) and mediations. Conduct and attend internal and external trainings. Communicate directly with the firm’s clients, staff and managers.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the State of NM and admitted in all Federal District Courts within the state or willingness to get admitted. Member in good standing with the NM Bar Association. 2-5 years civil law experience and/or courtroom experience, with a preference for experience in creditor's rights, real estate/title, or commercial law. Fast paced work environment with excellent communication skills required Ability to organize and manage large caseload.
