Location:

Duties:

• Manage employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-3, and PERM applications.
• Handle family petitions and consular matters, providing guidance throughout the immigration process.
• Represent clients in removal proceedings and manage related casework.
• Assist with Real Estate transactions and related legal matters.
• Provide legal support in Family Law cases, including estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in immigration law.
• Willingness to handle Real Estate, Family Law, Estate Planning, and related areas.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.

Skills:

• Proficiency in immigration law and associated procedures.
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Family Law matters.
• Effective client management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
