Profile

Seeking Partners/Counsels with experience representing providers in court and before administrative tribunals including the Provider Reimbursement Review Board, HHS Departmental Appeals Board, Medicare Appeals Council, ALJs, etc. Lateral partner with business is preferred but will also consider partners/counsel/senior associates with at least five years of directly relevant experience and interest in developing own clients. Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills required. Government experience is a plus.

"Good Firm Dynamic But Needs Better Pay"

I would increase pay as well as bonuses. I think it would increase attorney retention as well as improve firm morale. I find even with a great team if the pay is subpar it will run down morale.

Pros : I found working with both the paralegals and other associates here great. Barring minor gossip that is everywhere it was a joy to work and talk with people here. The cases themselves were interesting. I found the senior's helpful and seemed to be interested in everyone performing well. The support staff was treated great and well rewarded for what they did.
Cons : I found the pay below market value. Considering the amount of work per case there should have been more pay. I also found the bonuses lackluster compared to what others got at similar firms of a similar standing.
