The candidate will be subpoenaing and summarizing medical and employment records; assisting in drafting and responding to written discovery; organizing depositions and court appearances; assisting in preparation of trial documents and witness binders. Case calendaring and drafting basic correspondence and pleadings. Should preferably have 2-4 years of experience handling civil litigation files including experience with service and electronic court filings. Experience with Juris and Forms Workflow is preferred. Spanish skills are preferred.
