Paralegal The candidate should have 1-5 years experience, for newly relocated office in central Orange County. A 4-year degree is required and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred. Position responsibilities include to the following: organize and maintain case files; assist in discovery and all phases of case management; maintain calendars and deadlines; develop and maintain working relationships with attorneys, other paralegals and staff members. Will balance multiple tasks, have strong communication and writing skills, pay close attention to detail and adhere to strict confidentiality. Knowledge of office procedures, civil procedure and legal terminology, ability to manage attorney calendar, and knowledge of state court litigation filing and service procedures, including e-filing, are required.
