Intern (Law Clerk) The law clerk work approximately half of the week doing legal research and writing with an assigned judicial officer and the other half of the week observing trials and other contested hearings in the various courtrooms throughout the building. Meet weekly as a group with a district court judge for discussion and question/answer about various legal topics so that the students will understand what they are witnessing in court, such as Criminal Law and Procedure, Civil Law and Procedure, Domestic Law, Ethics, Jury Selection, and Alternate Dispute Resolution. Must have completed at least the first year of law school. Deadline: 15 April, 2018.
