Qualifications: BA/BS degree preferred; 2+ years legal secretary and/or paralegal experience in civil litigation; Advanced knowledge and understanding of Civil Procedure, Discovery, local court rules; Experience in formatting and assembling motions. Experience reviewing, organizing, summarizing files, personnel and/or medical records; Advanced Word, Outlook, Google Apps, Clio a plus; Excel and PowerPoint skills a plus; Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and editing and formatting PDF documents required; Ability to meet and manage multiple deadlines; Able to anticipate needs and act upon requests independently; Excellent written and oral communication skills and solid interpersonal skills required; Willingness to provide phone and filing support; Maintaining confidential information is a must. A team player, motivated, resourceful, efficient, organized, detail-oriented, a clear communicator and able to complete tasks independently.
