Duties:

• Draft standard and sophisticated estate planning documents tailored to client needs.
• Advise clients on domestic estate, gift, and income tax planning, while also guiding on international estate tax matters as necessary.
• Cultivate productive relationships with clients and co-advisors, ensuring a seamless collaboration.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support client needs and inform estate planning strategies.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, maintaining high organizational standards and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant legal experience in estate planning or tax law.
• Proven ability to draft complex legal documents and articulate complex concepts clearly to clients.
• Experience with domestic and international estate tax planning is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing client relationships effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a robust academic background.
• LLM degree is a plus.
• Must be eligible for admission to the New York Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in New York is required.
