Assistant Processor The candidate primary responsibilities will be to receive incoming residential mortgage files from Loan Officers and initiate requests for verifications of employment, tax transcripts, appraisal orders, flood certification, title work, and homeowners insurance among others. Once file initiation is complete, the file is assigned to the Processor. While file is in process with the Processors, the Assistant Processor will follow up on outstanding verification requests to ensure timely receipt of these items so that Processor can submit files on to Underwriting. 1 year of mortgage company, bank or paralegal experience is preferred.
