Estate Planning Associate Attorney The candidate will create and review estate plans, prepare the necessary documents to fund the trust and align client's assets with their estate plan, as well as meet with clients and their advisors to build lasting relationships. Will manage Probate and Trust Administration process and keep status reports current. Prepare and review estate planning and trust funding documents to ensure that the documents are appropriately drafted to meet the planning needs and recommendations for clients. Conduct, review and document signing appointments with clients. Review and conduct annual maintenance program for trust based clients. Respond to any client phone calls or emails. Keep detailed notes of all meetings and phone calls and ensure that notes are maintained inside the client file. Interact with paralegal and other team members in a cordial and professional manner. Should be a MA licensed attorney. Must have 3-8 years of expertise in the area of estate planning and probate and trust administration. Knowledge of income, gift, and estate tax laws required. Notary Public is needed.
