Litigation Paralegal The candidate will play a key role in providing organizational and substantive support to the Litigation, Employment and Investigation teams, will have the opportunity to build out new systems and procedures, and will work closely with attorneys, legal operations, compliance and additional cross-functional teams within company. Manage responses to discovery (document requests, interrogatories, and subpoenas) including collection of documents. Update case files and document case-related communications. Implement litigation holds and ensure compliance with company’s document retention policy. Maintain a litigation calendar for all matters. Conduct legal and market research. Scan and process mail. Work closely with our internal product, business, and compliance teams, as well as with external advisors and experts. Manage projects effectively, with a team-oriented approach. Must have B.A./B.S. Should have 3 years of legal experience, a mix of in-house and private practice experience is preferred. e-Billing and matter management skills is needed.
