ProfilePart-time Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and legal services and will provide support to the legal team. Will: Complete administrative duties such as making copies, answering and directing phone calls, and greeting clients; Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics; Draft simple pleadings and letters from existing templates; Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence; Calendaring; and Correspond with counsel, court and clients.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills and is committed to helping us meet all of clients' needs. Previous family law practice experience is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision; Highly organized and detail-oriented; and Notary public certified.
