Bilingual Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate duties/daily tasks: Drafting notices, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, correspondence to the Court and opposing counsel and other legal documents. Legal research. Assisting attorney with hearing/trial preparation. E-filing in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties. Collecting and processing financial disclosure from clients; responding to requests for production of documents and interrogatories. Calendaring/scheduling hearings. Maintaining files. Client communication. Attorney uses MyCase as practice management software, DPA and ProDocs. 1 year of family law paralegal experience is a must. Should have fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
