- Experience: At least 4 years in a mid to large size law firm or corporation
- Essential job functions: Provide legal support to attorneys within designated practice area, prepare and file documents, manage discovery, prepare for trials, manage trial support, and interact effectively with staff, attorneys, clients, courts, and vendors
- Responsibilities: Organize and maintain case files, assist with drafting legal documents, perform cite checking and Bluebooking, conduct legal research, gather case materials, file documents with courts and agencies, maintain docketing calendar, manage large portfolio of cases, prepare trial work spaces, provide administrative trial support, and work overtime as needed
- Job specifications: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred, experience with ITC preferred, experience with PTAB and Federal Circuit required, trial experience preferred, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, flexible work hours, and handle confidential information
