  • Admitted before the USPTO.
  • Superior academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, or a related technical field.

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
