Paralegal and Compliance Representative The candidate will provide overall compliance and legal support to the Executive Team and company. Responsibilities: Regulatory Complaints - addressing complaints to all parties involved and handling correspondence among those parties. Regulatory Filing - Correspondence and required clerical actions. Consumer Complaints - point of contact for consumer and correspondence between the executive team and company. Attorney General Complaints - point of contact and correspondence between executive team and company. Better Business Bureau Complaints - point of contact and correspondence between executive team and company. 3rd Party Regulatory Attorney point-of-contact. Telesales Licensing. Business Licensing. Previous experience with State Agency and Consumer issues is a plus. Previous experience with Regulatory Filings is a plus. Proper Writing Skills are a must. Previous experience with Vehicle Service Contracts is a plus. Previous experience with Administrator and Obligor entity is a plus. Should have pvious experience as a paralegal and/or compliance field.
