Compliance Analyst Senior Vendor Oversight The candidate will support the Enterprise Ethics and Compliance Program by contributing to the development and maturing of the compliance vendor oversight program and the monitoring of vendor compliance oversight practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business level vendor compliance oversight, risk identification and management and overall regulatory compliance. Will develop and implement vendor compliance oversight tools including: Vendor Risk Assessment Questionnaire, steady state vendor oversight monitoring tools, vendor compliance reporting. Review Vendor Risk Assessments to assist in the overall vendor compliance risk management process for company. Identify, analyze and recommend options for risk management to the embedded Compliance Liaisons that are overseeing vendors. Develop and implement a vendor monitoring schedule. Perform vendor compliance monitoring activities in coordination with applicable departments and strategic partners. Track, monitor and report on the results and corrective action plans associated with compliance risk assessment questionnaires, steady state vendor compliance oversight assessing and monitoring activities and annual risk assessment reviews. Monitor (via the Compliance Liaison Network) compliance with compliance specific performance measures performed by vendors based in regulations and consistent application of sanctions for failure to comply with these measures. Solve unique and complex vendor compliance oversight problems with broad impact on the business. Provide secondary support for vendor compliance dashboarding at the business level. Provide primary support for vendor compliance reporting, dashboarding and escalation of high risk actions to the Vendor Compliance Oversight Program Office. Maintain current knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and accreditation standards, and monitor advancements in laws that would impact company vendor activities. Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of vendor compliance oversight policies and procedures and other documentation. Support the collection of data for reporting purposes and assist in reporting efforts.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Health Administrative Management, legal or related and 5 years' experience working in a compliance department OR 9 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree. Certified Compliance Professional or other designation (such as Paralegal) will be considered. Compliance 360 experience is desired. Experience with SharePoint is an asset.
