Yakima office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks family law attorney with 1+ years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with matters involving paternity, guardianship, juvenile delinquency, emancipation, custody, child support, adoption, dissolution, and divorce. Will be conducting legal research and drafting letters, briefs, memorandums, and other legal documents. Drafting and reviewing written discovery including e-discovery. Drafting, responding to, and arguing motions. Preparing for, taking, and defending depositions. Preparing for and appearing in Court and mediations. Efficiently communicating with clients on a regular basis. Providing exemplary legal products and superior service to clients. Being a trusted advisor to clients through strategic thinking, problem solving, and providing sound legal advice. Generating a portion of own billable work, as well as distributing work to Paralegals and Senior Paralegals in the office. Maintaining a well-respected reputation amongst clients, opposing counsel, Judges, Court staff, and colleagues. Must be an active member of the Washington State Bar Association (applicants with eligibility for reciprocal admission may be considered).
