Tax Associate- Executive Compensation and Employee The candidate must have experience in (1) drafting and analyzing equity and non-equity incentive compensation arrangements, deferred compensation arrangements, employment agreements, and severance and change in control arrangements, (2) preparing the compensation and benefits-related portions of securities filings required by the SEC, and (3) identifying and solving executive compensation and benefits related issues that arise in the context of mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate transactions.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Superior academic credentials. Large firm experience is required. Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills, are required. Candidates should be able to work in a team, but also handle significant individual responsibilities.
