The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in family law or related fields and must possess a valid Virginia license. Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support issues.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide informed legal advice to clients.
• Manage cases from initial consultation through resolution, ensuring clear communication with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in family law or a related field.
• Active license to practice law in Virginia.
• Portable clientele is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
