Diversity and Inclusion Administrative Assistant Duties: Work closely with the Director of Diversity and Inclusion and the Chief Diversity Officer in the coordination and implementation of the firm’s strategic diversity objectives. Assisting in the collection of diversity data for internal and external surveys. Assisting with compiling diversity information for client pitches, RFPs and other presentations. Managing the diversity content on SABER and the external website. Managing the database for diversity and inclusion reports. Collaborating with the events team to coordinate and manage logistics for diversity-related sponsorships and events. Scheduling and calendaring various diversity planning and committee meetings. Drafting, transcribing, editing and filing documents and related correspondence. Preparing travel reimbursement requests and all other reimbursement requests, on an as needed basis, for the Director of Diversity and Inclusion. Serving as a member of committees, groups and teams as requested Providing administrative support for charity events Conducting basic research and performs other duties, as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. 2+ years of experience as an administrative, office, or marketing assistant are required. Experience in a law firm or professional services organization is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 is required.
