The candidate will be focused on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, with the opportunity for involvement in post-grant proceedings, litigation, opinion, and due diligence matters. Admission to the California bar and USPTO is required, admission to practice before the USPTO is required. Must be members in good standing with the bar in which they are admitted. Should have at least a bachelor's and preferably an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Experience in semiconductor/memory technologies, and fluency in Chinese is a plus. Should have 2-5 years of experience.
