Contract Administrator
The candidate responsible for developing, interpreting, reviewing, negotiating and managing contracts on behalf of firm. Prepare, approve and manage contracts and any necessary changes that may be needed over the course of the contract. Manage the execution and analysis of contracts to maximize operational performance, while reducing risk. Identify areas for improvement for the company’s contracting processes. Responsible for examining, analyzing and revising contracts. Resolve any disputes which may come up between the customer and the company. Responsible for negotiating contracts where applicable. Review and update existing contracts. Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties. Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and coordinate with legal as needed. Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments etc.). Maintain organized system of physical and digital records. Create language standards for existing and new contracts. Contracts will represent North America region. Support leadership with RFP process. This position may require occasional travel. Other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree in Paralegal Studies. Must have 3 – 5 years’ proven work experience with contract administration. Government contract knowledge preferred. Experience with service provider to customer relationship preferred. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is required. Should have strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail along with ability to discover potential risks. Must have strong Inter-personal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and vendors. Effective communication and project management skills are required. Work requires professional written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts is required.
