Market Growth & Development Consultant III The candidate will act as a single point of contact for Regional Wealth Planning team members to support the efforts. Cultivate relationships with Wealth Planners and Strategists to field questions and strategize on all elements of our planning model including planning software, marketing, process and procedures. Responsible for the training of new Regional Wealth Planning team members and as various planning initiatives are established. Work closely with Senior Directors of Planning (SDPs) and Regional Wealth Planning Managers (RWPMs) as a key resource of information and to support development of the teams. Collaborate with other Wealth Planning Center team members on the development and execution of national wealth planning initiatives. Provide support by gathering feedback, escalating issues and collaboration with Regional Wealth Planning teams.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Juris Doctor degree. A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Designation. An active certified financial planner (tm) certification. Must have 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, marketing, or financial consulting. Strong project management skills required. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required. Strong presentation skills essential. Proficiency with NaviPlan and other financial planning software. Knowledge and understanding of High Net Worth (HNW) clients and advanced wealth planning strategies. Demonstrated customer service or problem solving skills. Prior direct interaction with affluent or high net worth clients. Closing Date: 05/27/2018
