Customer Service Professional The candidate will be responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of Customer Accounts that may span across three geographical regions (North America, EMEA, Asia-Pac). The candidate will work closely with Account Managers, Product Line Managers and Engineers to manage and help resolve complex business challenges. Manage Customer Accounts addressing specific markets: Healthcare (Instrumentation) Consumer Electronics and Government. Offers creative, valuable contributions based on a broad knowledge of systems/processes in Manufacturing, Sales or Contract Administration. Manage customer contract/ purchase order and quotation administration. Manage product returns. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations and/or data requires an in-depth evaluation of the variable factors. Provide follow-up customer support with some technical information. Manage customer interface in support of administrative Account Management. Participates in internal/external process Audits. Helps drive solutions to complex issues. Flexible and agile in working priorities. May be assigned special Projects. Must have BA/BS degree in Business, International Studies, Logistics, General Engineering, or Paralegal. Should have 3+ years of Customer Service in a technical manufacturing environment, contract administration and/or similar industry. Negotiation experience required. Oracle or SAP, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sales Force.com, Web familiarity required.
