Executive Assistant The candidate provides administrative support directly to the CEO, including handling of a variety of administrative duties as well as routine corporate legal matters. Set agendas, prepare presentations, document meeting minutes. Coordinate travel arrangements. Assist with organizing meetings and planning company events. Types, formats, and edits documents. Proofreads contracts and agreements for spelling, grammar, and content; makes appropriate changes. Performs research legal research and analysis of state and federal laws and regulations, court rules and procedures, and any other corporate legal matters. Supporting the research, drafting, revision and implementation of internal compliance policies. Handle all other administrative duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification is preferred. Should have 4+ years’ of administrative experience providing support at a senior or executive level is needed. Experience working with corporate legal documents or supporting a legal team in a corporate environment is essential. Working knowledge of basic corporate and commercial legal principles are needed. Strong database and internet research skills are needed. Exceptional attention-to-detail with proficiency in grammar and proofreading is needed. Strong ability to multi-task, organize workload and exercise independent judgment to prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines and requirements are essential. Thorough knowledge of administrative support is needed.
