Litigation Project Assistant Duties: provides general support to paralegals and litigation attorneys. Responsibilities include general office and clerical duties, such as document production and trial preparation; organizing and managing case files including all documents contained within each file through case file tracking systems; may be assigned a particular task within a case or work on a case from start to finish; and perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: A paralegal certificate or 3+ years’ experience in a law firm is preferred. Strong time management skills; ability to work under pressure on time-sensitive projects; self-motivation and the ability to work independently; ability to work effectively on a team and with all levels of personnel; excellent oral and written communication skills; superior knowledge of legal terminology, documents and the legal process; and high-level attention to detail.
