Position: Employee Relations Partner- REMOTE

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Salary Range: $60K - $75K

Overview:

The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. This position will work remotely from home and must live in the South Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems.
- Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations.
- Ensure policy interpretation for supervisors and managers in handling employee conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions and/or termination guidance.
- Partner with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations and Legal Teams to create solutions for complex Employee Relations issues.
- Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, administration of union Collective Bargaining Agreements, employee communication, and collaboration with COEs.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region.
- Travel as needed to company sites within supported region.

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of federal, state and local regulations and/or violations of company policies and procedures.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to upskill and train on technology and functional aspects of case management systems.
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite intermediate required.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations intermediate required.

Salary Information:

- Salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees or certifications, etc.
- The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $75K.
