ProfileCorporate Counsel, Enforcement Duties: Support its intellectual property protection and enforcement efforts. Management of customs-level actions in multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. Review of products for authentication purposes. Leading IP enforcement-related investigations across multiple jurisdictions. Digital brand enforcement activities. Qualification and Experience
REQUIREMENTS: JD Degree required. 3+ years of related experience. Team player with high-energy. Ability to identify, develop and implement IP enforcement strategies. Strong communication and organizational skills, especially to a global audience. Knowledge of current legal issues in the area of intellectual property and digital enforcement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines. Exceptional writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
