Give more benefits, add some incentives for goal oriented people and a morale boost. I would suggest advertising more to bring in more clients and work to go around.Pros : Friendly people and a peaceful environment that's not very stressful. There is enough work to go around. There are casual dress Tuesdays as well as free lunches on the 23rd of every month. The pay is good as well.
