Duties
- Represent the firm in court, covering dockets, motions, and trials statewide.
- Review and assess new claims and pleadings with attention to legal detail.
- Conduct negotiations with consumers and consumer attorneys.
- Perform in-depth legal research to stay current on relevant legal standards and updates.
- Draft motions, pleadings, and responses for contested cases and trials.
- Maintain adherence to ethical standards and legal compliance throughout all casework.
Requirements
- Active Missouri Bar admission.
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensure in Illinois and/or Kansas is preferred but not required.
Education
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law institution.
Certifications
- Active Missouri State Bar membership.
