The candidate should have 4-7 years of experience with lender-side representation for commercial finance matters in the Tech, Life Science and/or Sponsor spaces. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Must have immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools. Must be licensed to practice in the Boston state.

I would like to see management really get on top of things and make sure that everyone is on the same page and I would like to get some of the rude attorney's get lectured or replaced.

Pros : I received a lot of help here while I was an intern and I greatly enjoyed my interactions with most of the attorneys here. There was always plenty of work to go around as well.
Cons : Unfortunately, there is a real lack of leadership at this firm. At times it can feel like a real free for all. I always felt as though some of the attorneys were really standoffish.
