ProfileFamily Law Paralegal The candidate will contact with clients is typically electronic or telephonic and is generally very heavy. Draft correspondence, memos, discovery requests/responses and pleadings. Prepare family law documents including petitions, initial disclosure statements, subpoena packets, decree, PSA's, parenting plans, AFI drafts, resolution statements and similar family law documents. Calendar and track all discovery, meetings, court dates, and deadlines. Document management including organizing and indexing documents chronologically, numerically, and/or by subject matter, via electronic database. Assist attorneys with case and project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Assist with arbitration, mediation and trial preparation.
